05.Nov.09 New Run in England group for Sandbach, Cheshire
On 14 November Roger Alsop (left) will be competing at the British and Irish Masters International, in Birmingham. A little over two weeks later he will be starting up a new running group for complete beginners/improvers in the Sandbach area.
Everyone, over the age of 18, is welcome to join up, whatever their age, size or ability, and Roger, who is a fully trained group leader, will make sure that you’re well looked after and have loads of fun.
